Secrets to behaving beautifully...
As always, we ask clients that are ill to refrain from coming into the spa. Even more so now with the coronavirus outbreak, we are asking all clients that have symptoms, or are currently ill, or have been ill within two weeks to kindly reschedule your appointment ASAP. If you’re having or have symptoms a day or two prior to your appointment please cancel to avoid canceling the day of your appointment. Unfortunately if you do show up to your appointment with symptoms we will need to reschedule. Thank you for taking our health into consideration and being loyal clients to us!

Appointments
Scheduling your appointment prior to arrival Skin For You is strongly recommended. In consideration of our next guest, should you arrive 10 minutes past your appointment time, we will need to reschedule your appointment. This will result in a "no-show" charge.
Please notify your Esthetician and Massage Therapist if you have high blood pressure, allergies, any physical ailments or special needs, or if you are pregnant as they may affect your choice of services. This information will be completed on your Client profile.
Cancellation
Thank you for choosing Skin For You! We've worked hard to provide our clients with the highest quality services over the years, and take pride in our work. So we may continue providing you our best, We've created this cancellation agreement that honors your time and commitment to yourself, while also respecting the time of us, your service providers.
At the time of booking, you will be asked to provide a major credit card to hold your reservation that is exclusively for you. Your card will not be charged unless the cancellation policy is breached. We understand that sometimes scheduling adjustments are necessary; however, we require a 48-hour notice for an appointment to be rescheduled or cancelled.
Any cancellations less than 48 hours, or no shows, are subject to a cancellation fee of 99% to the cost of the scheduled service. To cancel contact us by emailing at [email protected]. Please leave a detailed message.
After two reschedules and/or cancellations, a $50 non refundable deposit will be required to keep your next appointment. The $50 deposit will be applied to your appointment. If the appointment that has been rescheduled is missed, your deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit must be made to book another appointment.
We appreciate your understanding and acceptance of this agreement, and we look forward to being able to offer you our highest level of service as a result. Thank you.
Return Policy
At Skin For You, we stand behind our products. We strive to provide the highest quality, most-effective professional skin care products on the market. However, we understand that sometimes things just don’t work out. In order to provide the best possible service, we do accept product returns within 15 days of purchase for a service credit only. Products must not be altered, damaged, or over 50% used. Handling fee will be applied. Thank you.
Cell Phones
We ask that you turn off your cell phone and/or any device before entering the treatment room and refrain from using your cell phone during your treatment.
When entering our spa, you are entering a Zen Zone, please use spa voices to avoid disruption for those who are in services.
Children
We strive on giving our Clients our full attention and respect. We would like to provide our clientele with an enjoyable and relaxing atmosphere. With respect to the staff and patronage please refrain from bringing your children to your appointment.
Prices and Gratuities
We gladly accept cash, Venmo, Zelle, and personal checks. Prices are subject to change without notice. As in all services-related businesses it is common practice to tip the person who has done a good job to the satisfaction of the Client. The rule of thumb in day spas is 18%-25% of the cost of service, or about $15.00 to $25.00 for a one hour treatment. Tips are not required nor expected, but appreciated.
Your Treatment
Generally, we as your Estheticians and Massage Therapist will keep your body draped. Allow the Esthetician and Massage Therapist to perform a service as reserved and timed. Give us your feedback as to your comfort and special troubled areas.
Relax … that's generally why you are here to receive services. Enjoy, benefit and allow others to "do for you".
Know that you may be silent or quietly talkative.
Relax, yet respect that the room must be prepared and used for the next client; so know that you must vacate treatment room upon completion of service within a reasonable amount of time.
Give honest feedback to us, your Esthetician and Massage Therapist. We care to know if your service experience was as expected.
